- The Weekend Transformational Retreat (2 full days) - $1,600. You will be responsible for lodging and transportation.
- The Weekend Transformational Retreat With Lodging Included (2 full days) - $2,500.
- The 10 day Transformational Retreat (10 full days) - $3,500. You will be responsible for lodging and transportation.
- The 10 day Transformational Retreat With Lodging Included (10 full days) - $4,000.

What is done during the retreat?
This is a schedule example for one day during the retreat:
- 3 am Bible study for spiritual development
- 4:30-7:00 am Morning ritual, (walking 6 miles per day, mainly in silence) yoga and stretching
- 7:00 Sunrise
- 7:30-9:30 Breakfast time, relax
- 10:00 Gym time, the first day observe and learn
- 12:30-13:30 Lunchtime, coach cooks, you relax only
- 14:30-16:30 Personal development session, comments, thoughts, questions, get advice
- 16:30 Relax, evening ritual, preparation for the next day
- 20:00 silence/sleeping time
